The Arts to be at the Centre of the BBC

After the news about BBC Three becoming an online service, this latest news is fantastic and helps clarify what the BBC is about and what a valuable service we get from the Licence Fee! We need more high borw culture that is easily accessible, and if the BBC's remit is the Reithian call of "Educate, Entertain, and Inform" then the BBC is on the right path, as opposed to Noel Edmonds unworkable proposals, which thankfully has little chance of happening
