The last piece I will be reviewing from A Novel Romance collection the eyeshadow Quad palette. This this quad is a mix of cool neutral green-golds and browns. I find that it consists of the main colors that would mostly suit the Middle-Eastern women, or women with olive skintones and dark/brown/hazel eyes. This is a must have palette in your purse. However, I didn't find the product well-pigmented- I had to rub the brush several times into the product to pick up a decent amount that would show on my lid.
The shades are:
The shades are:
My Fantasy is described as a pale neutral olive with a Pearl finish. It’s a light-medium, greenish gold with a frosted sheen to it. This shade has a good color payoff and applied very smoothly and evenly. The color wore well for eight hours on me.
Fall in Lust is described as a mid-tone cool grey mauve with a Frost finish. It’s a cool-toned taupe with gray undertones to it. It has a good pigmentation , and the texture was blendable. It wore well for eight and a half hours.
Dance in the Dark is described as a deep blackened brown with a Matte finish. It’s a cool-toned dark brown. It had fairly good pigmentation, and the texture was a little dry and not very pigmented but not too difficult to build it up. It wore well for eight hours before fading.
Rising Passions is described as a greenish charcoal with gold pearl with a Velvet finish. It’s a medium-dark brown with warm reddish undertones and olive gold shimmer to it. The consistency was soft but not powdery, and had good pigmentation. It lasted for just over eight hours.
M.A.C eyeshadow pallette will always be my favorite, but they need to work on the one's pigmentation for it to be my holy grail.
Don't forget to subscribe ;)
